News - World-first obstacle detector for hemispatial neglect
Hemispatial neglect (or unilateral neglect) is a frequent condition after strokes. It leads to a reduced awareness on one side of the field of view, and sometimes to a full sensory loss. Avoiding obstacles, in that case, is tricky since classic alternatives like white canes are not the most suitable solutions.
Today, we're very excited to launch our hemispatial neglect mode. It is a world-first obstacle detection for hemispatial neglect patients. Tailor it to your need, on the left or on the right, and get warnings for incoming obstacles on the side of your neglect.
